#BREAKING #ROBBERY

N500,000 RECOVERED FROM POLICE MEN ATTACHED TO AREA COMMAND AGBANI, ENUGU STATE POLICE COMMAND.

If you noticed, you would know Enugu State became our second state for the past two weeks. Well, it's because of this very case.

A Youth Corp Member was travelling from Uyo when about Six mobile police officers robbed him of his savings fully armed with Ak-47 riffle.

On the 6th May, 2021, They stopped him by 4-corner Junction and ordered him to open his phone. Immediately two among the five officers named Sgt Linus and SGT Kenneth saw his bank account balance, their countenance changed.

It's either he pays or get destroyed along the Enugu-Portharcourt Expressway and labeled escapee.

No statement written, no incriminating exhibit found on me. They forced him to transfer N500,000 to one Musa Inusa (A POS AGENT).

On the 7th May 2021, our team Behind Bars Family received a phone call from a concerned Nigerian to help track down the officers and recover the money.

Today, money has been handed over to Behind Bars and same handed over to the victim.

We won't fail to thank the Enugu State Police Commissioner who welcomed us and gave us all necessary assistance.

Also, thanks to the leadership of IGP CRU Abuja for standing with us and making sure the officers are disciplined and shown the way out of the system.

The officers are all detained in State CID Enugu and we are waiting to be called for orderly room trial.

God bless Enugu State

God bless Nigeria.
